  • Free cancellation is available for selected activities if canceled within the specified timeframe mentioned on the activity page.
  • If the cancellation is made after the free cancellation period, a partial refund or no refund may apply depending on the provider’s policy.
  • No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees (international card fee/card fee/bank fees/payment gateway fees) or currency exchange differences are non-refundable.

Special Cases

  • In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, or extreme weather conditions), cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and alternative options such as rescheduling or credit vouchers may be offered.
  • Some bookings, including non-refundable promotions, are not eligible for cancellations or changes.
