The Captain holds the final authority on whether to depart or return to the marina, prioritizing the safety of all passengers and crew. If weather conditions permit continuation but passengers choose not to proceed, the full tour cost will be charged. The Captain’s decisions are guided by weather assessments, ensuring the safety of guests, crew, and the yacht at all times.
