When does the pickup start?

The free pickup starts at 9.00 am - 9.45 am. Please be patience as the pickup is sharing basis so the driver might go to other hotels first for pickup. Thank you.

What do i need to bring?

We will provide dry bag & water shoes, so please bring your own extra clothes and towels.

What to do if it rains?

We usually proceed the tour as usual unless maritime releases emergency due to danger for water activities, we will issue refund to your bank account or your desired method. Payment gateway fees are non refundable.

Can i cancel the booking?

Tour is non refundable once it reaches 48 hours until departure time. Payment gateway fees are non refundable if we process your refund.
